Rabbi Papo on Lev Tahor: Harmless to the environment, everything they do, they do to themselves

For days, a group of Jews, who are assumed to be members of the Orthodox Lev Tahor, who arrived in BiH last December and have been staying in a couple of residential buildings in East Sarajevo, have been attracting a lot of public attention for days. The non-resident rabbi of the Jewish community in Sarajevo, Eliezer Papo, spoke for N1 about the cultural specificities of this group.

"It is a small, completely irrelevant minor group. About 40 to 50 families, a total of up to 1,000 members worldwide. There is no reason to worry. These people are simply looking for a place where no one will interfere in their internal affairs, and they probably got the impression that BiH is a bit of a dead country," said Eliezer Papo for N1.
