‘Jewish’ cult planned to abduct Brooklyn kids again

They were plotting to kidnap these kids again — and vowed to fight their mom “to the death” to get them.

Even from jail, members of the Guatemala-based extremist Jewish cult “Lev Tahor” were planning the re-abduction of two Orthodox children — kids whose mother has now three times rescued from the group, according to a chilling new indictment obtained by The Post.

In threatening to seize the children back, the sick sect’s “boss” in Guatemala, speaking by phone in Yiddish, “used violent language” toward mom Sara Helbrans, the indictment alleges, “including that he will fight the mother until the last drop of blood and that they will fight her to the death.”

Man accused of helping Jewish ‘cult’ kidnap kids released on bail

A Brooklyn man accused of helping members of a Jewish “cult” kidnap two kids who had escaped the religious sect with their frightened mother will be released from prison pending trial, a judge said Tuesday.

White Plains federal Judge Paul Davison ordered Williamsburg resident Aron Rosner released on $10 million bail — despite prosecutors’ claims that he financed the kids’ abduction and even lent their kidnappers a van to pull off the dirty deed.

Lev Tahor: the Jewish Taliban

Several days ago my tiny village in the Catskills got mentioned in a NY Times article titled “Jewish ‘Cult’ Tied to Brooklyn and Mexico Is Accused of Kidnapping 2 Children”. It seems that the children and their mother were part of a bizarre Taliban-like Hasidic cult based in Guatemala called Lev Tahor, which means “pure heart”. In October, she fled from the cult and relocated to Woodridge, New York, a village that was always predominantly Jewish but for the past decade or so at least has morphed into a Satmar Hasidic shtetl.
